Buyer Policy
We are thrilled for you to be selling with us. At Studio Mariée, we're all about empowering women to look and feel their absolute best, without having to break the bank. We've created a fun and supportive community where women can buy and sell preloved wedding outfits, ensuring that everyone has access to stunning attire for their special day. 
We are committed to providing high-quality items to our buyers which is why we have the below guidelines in place:

1. Return Policy

Studio Mariée does not release payment until the item is delivered and the buyer confirms the outfit as the listing specified. If an item received is not as described in the listing, the buyer may request a full refund within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of confirmed delivery.  All sales are final after the buyer confirms the listing or will be automatically accepted 3 days after delivery. If you need an extension please email us at shop@studiomariee.com

2. Buyer Protection

To keep you safe, we ask that all transactions take place on our website. We can’t protect you if your sale or purchase is placed outside of Studio Mariée. We give buyers 3 days from the date of delivery to accept the condition of their item. If the item is not accepted/rejected within those 3 days and the buyer has not communicated with Studio Mariée the item will automatically be accepted and returns will not be possible after that point. 

To protect buyers Studio Mariée will cancel orders that have not been accepted by the seller within 4 days of purchase. This is to ensure you receive your item in a timely manner. 

3. Seller Policy

All sellers must be verified in order to list on our marketplace. To be verified, sellers must agree to our seller policy
