Seller Policy
We are thrilled for you to be selling with us. At Studio Mariée, we're all about empowering women to look and feel their absolute best, without having to break the bank. We've created a fun and supportive community where women can buy and sell preloved wedding outfits, ensuring that everyone has access to stunning attire for their special day. 
We are committed to a stress-free process for our sellers and providing high-quality items to our buyers which is why we have the below guidelines in place:

1. Be a Good Human

There’s a chance you will be communicating with other members of our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech and will remove your listing from our marketplace if there is communication promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on any personal demographic information including disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, immigration status, race, age, etc.

2. Proof of Purchase

Be willing to provide proof of purchase of your item within the past two years to date. 

3. Quality Photos

Be willing to provide high-quality photos of the condition of your item within the past six months, including a photo of yourself or a friend wearing the item. 

4. Quality Assurance

Be willing to video chat with our co-founders Ashlyn Ramos and Kayla Rasmussen for additional quality assurance of the item.

5. Repost Photos

You agree to allow us to repost photos of yourself and/or your item on our social media, website and marketplace.

6. Shipping Insurance

By Accepting this seller policy you agree that Studio Mariée LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that you ship. If you do not purchase the shipping insurance that we offer to all sellers you agree that you will not be refunded the value of your item in the rare case something happens in transit. 

7. Additional Terms

Please note that Studio Mariée has the right to adjust the commission at any point. We will always send you a notice via email prior to adjusting our commission.
