We are committed to a stress-free process for our sellers and providing high-quality items to our buyers which is why we have the below guidelines in place:
1. Be a Good Human
There’s a chance you will be communicating with other members of our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech and will remove your listing from our marketplace if there is communication promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on any personal demographic information including disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, immigration status, race, age, etc.
2. Proof of Purchase
Be willing to provide proof of purchase of your item within the past two years to date.
3. Quality Photos
Be willing to provide high-quality photos of the condition of your item within the past six months, including a photo of yourself or a friend wearing the item.
4. Quality Assurance
Be willing to video chat with our co-founders Ashlyn Ramos and Kayla Rasmussen for additional quality assurance of the item.
5. Repost Photos
You agree to allow us to repost photos of yourself and/or your item on our social media, website and marketplace.
6. Shipping Insurance
By Accepting this seller policy you agree that Studio Mariée LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that you ship. You can choose to purchase shipping insurance when dropping off your item.

7. Fees
By Accepting this seller policy you agree to pay the card processing fee between 2.4% - 2.9%.
7. Additional Terms
Please note that Mariée has the right to adjust the commission at any point. We will always send you a notice via email prior to adjusting our commission.
